We understand how stressful and time consuming interviews can be; therefore, our goal is to provide candidates with a positive experience whether or not we're able to extend them an offer. Our hiring procedures are evidence-based and designed to find candidates who are not only technically qualified for the role, but also share our values and have a demonstrated track record of implementing our values and core competencies. We achieve this by employing a combination of strategies, including:
Behavioral questions: We ask behavior-based questions that align with our values and core competencies. Behavior-based questions give you an opportunity to share how you have previously handled work-related situations. For instance, we may ask for examples of how you have collaborated with colleagues, overcome an unexpected setback, or responded to constructive feedback in the past.
Technical and situational judgement questions: Our hiring managers take time to develop role-specific questions as a way of gauging your technical qualifications in real time.
Panel interviews: Panel interviews give candidates an opportunity to meet with other team-members and respond to a combination of behavior-based questions and general interview questions. Candidates meet with panelists individually for 15-20 minutes at a time.
